Air Charter International (ACI) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. We have structured our website so that, in general, you can visit ACI on the Web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information Once you choose to provide us with information by which you can be identified, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your contact/client relationship with ACI.
This statement regarding the privacy of the personal information you provide online covers the five foundation principles of fair information:

AWARENESS
ACI provides this Online Privacy Statement to make you aware of our privacy policy, practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and from the bottom of every ACI online page, including pages found within our client system and sub domains.
WHAT WE COLLECT
On some ACI websites, you can subscribe to different services. The types of personal information collected at these pages are name, contact and some preference information. In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services (including registration), we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your professional interests, demographics and more detailed contact preferences. Our electronic newsletters record anonymous data about articles you have expressed interest in. Some ACI online web pages use cookies, a data analysis technique.
HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
ACI uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service.

WHO IT IS SHARED WITH
ACI will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with other ACI Group entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described in “how we use it”. Such ACI Group entities and/or business partners are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this data and we are bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements.
We reserve the right to provide access to personal information to third party suppliers in order for them to perform certain functions for us as necessitated by the members’ use of the services. For example credit card numbers are sent to a credit card processing company for billing. These suppliers are not authorised to release this information to other third parties.
ACI is obliged to disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies if requested. ACI will comply with all laws and regulations.
CHOICE
ACI will not use or share the personal information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the one described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. As previously stated, we will also provide you with the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing materials from us and we will do everything we can to honour such requests.
Your permission is always secured before any personal information is shared with third parties who are not acting on our behalf and governed by our privacy policy.
ACCURACY AND ACCESS
ACI strives to keep your personal information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information, including making every effort to provide you with online access to your registration data so that you may view, update or correct your information.

HOW LONG WILL AIR CHARTER INTERNATIONAL KEEP MY PERSONAL DATA?
We retain your personal data as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. Generally, we keep personal data in accordance with our internal retention procedures, which are determined in accordance with our regulatory obligations and good practice. In addition, we may retain personal data relating to previous booking activity to comply with national laws, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, and take other actions permitted or required by applicable national laws. After it is no longer necessary for us to retain your personal data, we anonymise part of the data for analytical purposes and dispose of the rest in a secure manner. SECURITY
ACI is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, ACI has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online. Encryption is used when collecting or transferring sensitive data.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
THE USE OF COOKIES
A cookie is a piece of test asking permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. If you agree then your browser adds the text in a small file. The purpose of a cookie is to help us analyse web traffic or let us know when you visit a particular site.
ACI uses traffic log cookies to identify what pages are being used and which ones aren’t. This helps us aggregate and analyse data about web page traffic and make improvements to ACI online to better meet our client needs. In this case ACI uses this information only for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system. That is the case of many of our support and information-sharing pages and forums. Denial of a traffic log cookie should not prevent you from using one of these sites.
Overall, cookies help us to give you a better website to use by letting us monitor what’s working and what isn’t through site traffic analysis.
