The Job: Strategic Sale – Manager
-
Achieve Financial Targets set for Select Region by developing and implementing :
- Strategy for Development of business in coordination with other region staff
- Business Plan / Internal Targets
- Distribution via internet, attending Conferences and Exhibitions
-
Achieve Repeat Business as a specific percentage of total revenue earned by ACI through systematic Account Management of Clients and Operators
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with Clients and Operators in the Region
- Account Management of existing clients and Operators to improve / increase future
Business
- Identify and develop new Operators in coordination with Strategic and Commercial
Sales Teams

Develop Work Systems and Processes in conjunction with Systems Group
- Develop functional Reporting system for activity report and Monthly MIS
-
Partner with Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing and Strategic Sales Teams for achievement of business objectives
Candidate Profile
University educated (preferably with a
Marketing Qualification) with strong commercial acumen.
7 - 10 years of experience in the area of Sales and Business
Development. Strong analytical skills required

Negotiating and concluding contracts to meet targets

The Person
Proven success in :

Meeting revenue targets

Meeting qualitative targets

Negotiating, concluding and administering contracts

Concluding repeat business through Account Management

Following set business procedures to meet goals.
Experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience of Sales in
Recruitment, Real Estate, Logistics, Commodities Trading,
Financial Brokerage, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Courier.
Aviation background is not essential.
We do not accept candidates from other Aircraft brokerage
firms.
