Air Charter International seeks a Manager with proven commercial and operations experience to lead its Contracts Management Team.

The Job : Senior Manager - Contract Management

• Negotiation and conclusion of renewals for existing Contracts to meet revenue targets.

• Regular Account Management to meet revenue targets

• Systematic Contract Management Planning, oversight and coordination through team based in UAE & internationally

• Training and Management of Contract Management Personnel

• Travel - as required

The Person

Proven success in :

• Negotiation, conclusion and administration of contracts

• Conclusion of repeat business through Account Management

• Management of teams to meet revenue and qualitative targets

• Establishment and implementation of procedures to meet operational objectives

Experience

Between 10 – 12 years of experience in services industry in Commercial / Contracts Management / Operations role.

• Develop and implement Sales Plans to meet Revenue and Qualitative targets

• Optimise margins

• Lead contractual negotiations to closure

• Increase repeat business through systematic Account Management

• Lead sales team of 2-5 staff to deliver results

The Person

Proven success in :

• Leading sales teams in a target orientated environment

• Client Relationship Development and Management

• Working in process driven organisations

• Team performance enhancement by continuous coaching

Experience

5 - 8 years sales experience in Recruitment, Real Estate, Logistics, Commodities Trading, Financial Brokerage, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Courier. Current position should be at a Supervisory level.

Aviation background is not essential.

We do not accept candidates from other Aircraft brokerage firms.

Remuneration

• Concluding repeat business through Account Management

• Following set business procedures to meet goals.

Experience

Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience of Sales in Recruitment, Real Estate, Logistics, Commodities Trading, Financial Brokerage, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Courier.
