Air Charter International employed the “twin hub strategy” in the positioning of its offices. Accordingly, the company established its headquarters in Dubai and a marketing office in Kuala Lumpur. These two locations are the commercial hubs of their respective regions and as such in excellent position and with extensive resources at hand to monitor and conduct operations in their surrounding areas. In addition, Air Charter International has a marketing and operations office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Kuala Lumpur

Air Charter International has a Marketing and Operations office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is the other end of the “twin hub” axis. From Kuala Lumpur, Air Charter International covers Asia, the Pacific Rim, the Australasian region, the Far East.

Kuala Lumpur is another high efficiency location with excellent resources and communications systems. It is also extremely accessible.

Kuala Lumpur has a thriving tourism industry. Therefore, it has all major airlines operating there. In addition to that private aircraft are available easily and in abundance. It has a flourishing trade and commerce industry.

Air Charter International has a Marketing and Operations office in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The city of Sofia is in the heart of a region that yields a good supply of Russian manufactured aircraft.

This base is positioned ideally for the sourcing of cargo aircraft from Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, etc. It allows Air Charter International to operate efficiently in Europe, especially since the staff there speak Russian.
