Title : Regional Director - Leasing
Reporting to : Head of Leasing
Work Model : Full time (office based)
Location : Dubai, UAE
The Regional Director will work as part of the ACMI team to facilitate wet lease business between air operators, develop relationships with existing clients and operators by way of systematic account management and increase ACI footprint.
Responsibilities
- Generation of ACMI Lease Revenue through systematic
- Account Management of existing and new (ACMI) Lessee and Lessors- building professional and reliable relationships
- Tracking of aircraft availability and events that may cause the requirement for an ACMI lease in or out and pursue to generate a business opportunity
- Sourcing of available aircraft, negotiating Term Sheet, Wet Lease Agreements and operational oversight of ACMI lease contracts
- Management of ACI's proprietary database for the assigned region including data integrity contacts and contact logs at every stage of the ACI process
- Increase visibility of ACI brand, including participation in events and conferences to represent ACI leasing , Charter and Support services in order to develop opportunities within assigned region
- Identify Charter opportunities, network and alliances - opening doors for ACI Charter term
- Identification and build business case for new business opportunities wherever possible that build or leverage our core business of ACMI and Charter
Candidate Profile
- Must have experience in Wet/ACMI leasing, dry leasing, sale and purchase of aircraft, knowledge of aircraft management (large aircraft)
- Proven experience in:
- Broking
- Negotiation
- Operational oversight
- Network Development
- Exceed revenue targets set
- Pro-actively advance enquiries by engaging clients and operators in negotiation
- Hands on with leasing deals, allocations, leasing logs.
- Stable progress in career graph
- Business travel critical to role - travel to allocated regions minimum 7 days per month or as per business demand and requirement
- Able to provide long term commitment

Title : Charter Broker
Reporting to : Head of Charters
Work Model : Full time (office based)
Location : Dubai /Pristina /Sofia
Working as part of an international charter broking team, the Charter Broker will provide aircraft charter solutions to client, right from enquiry till completion i.e. managing incoming charter enquiries, sourcing aircraft to match each enquiry with the aim of achieving Contracts between the Client and the Operator, submitting suitable proposals, conducting successful negotiations and administrating the contractual issues of your charters as well as implementing daily Account Management activities and developing the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build client portfolio through cold calls and networking
- Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion
- Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales
- Updating flight files into database
- Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business
- Achieve targets set for each financial quarter
- Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads
Candidate Profile
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in broking/direct sales
- Developed new business in previous roles through individual sales initiatives
- Professional in consultative manner with good use of English “Business Language”
- Must be willing to working outside of office hours and weekends based on roster
- A degree of aviation knowledge is desirable
- Knowledge of aviation charter market – both client and operator is a plus
