    ACMI Specialist

    Title: ACMI Specialist

    Reporting to: Head - ACMI

    Work Model: Full time (office based)


    Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    ACMI Business Development

    • Identify and qualify potential lessees and lessors for ACMI operations
    • Promote the use of ACMI as a business planning tool
    • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships through visits, RD meetings, and one-on-one meetings with airline/operator commercial teams and key decision-makers
    • Aircraft search based on requirements
    • Assist with quick resolutions based on agreed SLAs to support ACMI revenue growth
    • Represent ACI at aviation trade shows, conferences, and client meetings

    Contract and Implementation Support

    • Support Regional Director to prepare and send ACMI proposals
    • Coordinate aircraft delivery and redelivery to ensure ACI values are upheld
    • Travel to attend operational meetings on-site and support due diligence, aircraft documentation, crew logistics, and AOG planning
    • Act as liaison ensuring ACI is the main point of contact and its value is understood at all levels between lessor and lessee

    Reports and Business Intelligence

    • Track aircraft availability and events that may create ACMI lease opportunities
    • Maintain accurate and updated records of all airline contacts in Skysearch
    • Collate, organize, and analyze data for legacy, intelligence, and performance improvement

    Senior Charter Broker/ Charter Specialist

    Title: Senior Charter Broker/ Charter Specialist

    Reporting to: CCO

    Work Model: Full-time (office based)

    Location: Dubai


    Responsibilities

    • Identify and build client portfolio through cold calls and networking
    • Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion.
    • Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales.
    • Updating flight files into database.
    • Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business.
    • Achieve targets set for each financial quarter.
    • Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads.

    Experience Required:

    • 4-5 years’ brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of client acquisition and deal making in a competitive sales environment.
    • Developed new business in your previous roles through individual sales initiatives and incentives.
    • Analytical Skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Can demonstrate their passion for the industry and willingness to work with clients out of hours and on-call from time to time.

    Manager - Contract Delivery

    Title: Manager - Contract Delivery

    Reporting to: Director- Contract Implementation

    Objective:

    Develop and manage industry standard contract implementation and delivery to provide a marketable added value service through enhanced performance and intelligence gathering, resulting in extended contracts and repeat business


    Summary of Role


    ACMI Contract Delivery:


    • Coordinate daily operations, delivery, and redelivery to ensure ACI values are upheld.
    • Report on Lessor and Lessee responsibilities in ACMI contracts.
    • Maintain accurate performance data on database and highlight KPI metrics.
    • Travel to attend operational meetings on-site and support due diligence, aircraft documentation, crew logistics, and AOG planning.
    • Conduct daily audits, monitor planned events, investigate disruptions, update Director-Contract Implementation

    Charter Operations:


    • Provide comprehensive operational support from pre-flight to post-flight.
    • Manage logistics such as landing permits, ground handling, and catering for charter flights.
    • Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

    Short Term ACMI:


    • Build and manage a short-term ACMI portfolio, including a database of potential lessors/lessees.
    • Advertise availability during peak seasons and oversee the process from inquiry to agreement compliance.

    Experience Required:


    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations management or service delivery within the aviation industry.
    • Strong understanding of aviation operations, including fleet management and regulatory compliance.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
    • Ability to analyze data and trends to drive decision-making.
    • Familiarity with ACMI operations and the regulatory environment .

    Charter Broker

    Title: Charter Broker

    Reporting to: CCO

    Work Model: Full time (office based)

    Location: Dubai /Pristina /Sofia

    Working as part of an international charter broking team, the Charter Broker will provide aircraft charter solutions to the client right from enquiry till completion i.e. managing incoming charter enquiries and sourcing aircraft to match each enquiry with the aim of achieving Contracts between the Client and the Operator, submitting suitable proposals, conducting successful negotiations and administrating the contractual issues of your charters as well as implementing daily Account Management activities and developing the business.

    • Must be willing to work outside of office hours and weekends based on roster
    • A degree of aviation knowledge is desirable
    • Knowledge of the aviation charter market – both client and operator is a plus
