Stuart Wheeler- Chief Executive Officer
After graduating with a BA in Strategic Studies and International Relations from the University of Coventry in England, Stuart worked for 11 years at Dan Air Services as their Commercial Manager. In 1983, he joined aviation giant Airbus as their Sales Director. Soon after which he was promoted to the post of General Manager.
With over 35 years of management experience in the aviation industry, Stuart successfully launched and managed the Air Charter International Group of Companies in 1994 which includes the formation and development of Jet Ops FZE. and Seawings LLC.
Nigel Rea - Chief Operating Officer
Nigel received a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Oxford and joined McKinsey & Co., where he worked as a Management Consultant for 6 years in USA, UK and UAE.
He has spent 10 years in the Gulf and joined Air Charter International as a Chief Operating Officer at the start of 2010.
Roumen Draganov- General Manager, Contracts
After completing his degree in Science, Economics and Human Recourses, Roumen began his career working as manager of the passenger handling division of Balkan Airlines. He then moved to JES Airways as an Operations manager in Bulgaria, Singapore and Saigon.
He joined Air Charter International as the General Manager after working at Air Sofia in Bulgaria as the Commercial Director. Based in Bulgaria, Roumen heads up the Commercial Leasing division and has achieved year on year success in sourcing and negotiating Aircraft leases to completion.
Yogesh Upadhyay –Manager, Commercial Leasing
Yogesh Upadhyay, Manager of Commercial Leasing for Air Charter International is responsible for worldwide sales and cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, partnerships and building ACIs' business in the 4A region. Earlier in his career, he was employed as Assistant Manager for Eurostar Communications, managing customer service, strategic planning and retention across MEA.
Claire Brugirard- Manager, Charter Sales and Strategic Business
With a Bachelors’ Degree in International Business Administration from Hanze Hogeschool Groningen in the Netherlands, Claire joined Air Charter International as a Charter broker in July 2006.
Since then she has quickly grown into a managerial role and has been involved in Charter broking, Commercial Leasing and Systems. A strategic thinker with a global sales background, Claire is now responsible for managing the Charter Sales Team at Air Charter International.
